One of the things you may not know about me is when I am not working at Printz - I moonlight at another job. I have a radio show on my talk 1071 FM called the Weekly Dish. The show airs from 1-2pm every Saturday and can also be podcast and listened to on demand at the web site here
I am the co-host of the show with Stephanie March, who is the food editor of Minneapolis St Paul Magazine. We have a blast on the show and we eat out ALOT.
One of the most amazing meals I have had all year was cooked for us at Solera in Minneapolis by James Bear Award Winner Tim Mckee.
