20 years of awesomeness

I love living in the Twin Cities and I am a huge fan of supporting Local Independent Businesses.
My gal pal Stephanie Shimp and her business partner David Burley are truly a local success story. They are celebrating 20 years of business in the Twin Cities as owners of the Blue Plate restaurant group. They are virtual restaurant moguls with 7 restaurants in the Twin Cities and 1 more on tap coming to the North Loop in Minneapolis.
Each of their places has their own personality that fits into the neighborhood they are in. From The Lowry in Uptown with their wine wall and whiskey drinks to the Highland Grill with the endless cup of delicious coffee with a side of chatty friendly waitress you will always find something for everyone. At the Groveland Tap you'll find tons of craft brews and Scusi in St Paul is their Italian effort with many small plates to share and an awesome ricotta, meatball pizza.
Congratulations on having not just 1 surviving business but 7! 20 years is amazing.
Join Lori Barghini and I at the Highland Grill March 14 for a live broadcast from 3-6pm as we celebrate their 20 year anniversary. There will be local Summit Beer specials as well as Retro Food Classic from their menus over the last 20 years.
