Direct Mail Marketing - Inside sales


Minneapolis Direct Mail company, directmailtools.com, is looking for an inside sales rep to follow up on warm leads generated by our website. You will be compensated at a base hourly rate of $10, plus commission on print that gets sold with a target of $28-$32,000 in annual compensation your first year. Promotional opportunities exist based on an ability to demonstrate success.

Primary responsibilities will include placing outbound calls to registered users offering services and printed and mailed products. We are looking for someone with a great phone personality and the ability to work with a client to develop a direct mail strategy and list purchase. We will train for the specifics of this position but a natural problem solver who likes to create marketing solutions and has experience in consultative selling would be ideal. College graduates with previous sales and marketing experience are a great fit for this opportunity. All candidates should be proficient with computers and know the Office suite of products. Working knowledge of Excel or Access databases would be helpful. We bring you the leads and you consult with the client to create the solution and complete the order.
