Printz is getting ready for the Big Move on Friday October 4th to the new building we purchased
at 1499 West River Road N, Minneapolis, MN 55411.
We also have office space for lease available now - If you know anyone looking for nice space let me know.
We have 3500 Sq Feet of Office to rent in the upstairs of our building. The space is gorgeous and you have your own private floor overlooking the River with hug windows. There are 12 private fully furnished offices, 3 cubes fully furnished in a common area, a conference room fully furnished, bathrooms and a kitchenette.
Short Term lease is as option. We have a Dock and warehouse space. The location is on the bus line between the Plymouth and Broadway Ave Bridge - close to the North Loop, NE and the Twin Stadium and DT. We have a Dock and warehouse space and parking is FREE.
Rent is $10 a square foot.
