Position
Printing & Direct Mail Specialist
Areas of Knowledge
As an Account Manager you will need to be entrepreneurial, like sales and marketing and possess the following qualities:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Strong math skills for estimating quotes
  • Good communication skills – phone, e-mail, and in person
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Self-motivated entrepreneurial thinker
  • Good written communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong desire to help businesses market their products
  • Some basic graphic design or knowledge of layout
  • Organization skills
  • The ability to persuade clients to explore new ideas and opportunities
 
Daily Work Description
On a daily basis you will be responsible for communicating with our existing clients to provide printing, promotional product and direct mail solutions. You will prepare quotes, create direct marketing solutions, mail samples, answer phones, work with new customer leads and endeavor to grow your customer base by uncovering new business opportunities and generating referrals. You will be assigned a graphic designer and you will communicate the clients design needs to the designer. Other responsibilities may be added based on need and abilities.
Customer Service
You will be responsible for maintaining customers that print, mail and use us for promotional products. You will follow up with these leads using our sales processes. You will be paid commission on Printing, Promotional Products and Mailing projects. Commission is paid at 6% of print and list purchases. Postage is not included in commissions. Leads that you generate through call activity on your own are commissioned at 10% of promotional product, print or list purchases.
Managing Customer Contact Strategy
Customers and prospects are sent e-mails, mail and social media updates on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for maintaining contact with customers at least every 12 weeks and prospects bi-annually.
Compensation and Hours
$2200 a month. Commission is paid at 6% of print and List purchases for existing customers and leads that walk or call in.  Leads that you generate through networking or call activity on your own are commissioned at 10% of print and list purchases. Postage is not included in commissions.
401K, Medical and Dental. 9 to 5:30 with 30 minutes for lunch
