Should you send business holiday cards to your clients?

Ste.

As a sales manager at various media organizations through my career we were faced with this question and long before I owned a printing company my answer was always... YES!

Holiday cards are a tradition in the United States and even if your customers have different holiday traditions than you - the "holiday season" is generally accepted by all. Let customers and clients know that they are important to you and thinking about you. Whether you have 1 client or 100 sending a greeting card during the traditional holiday season has several purposes:

Make People feel Good:

Lets face it. Cards make people feel good. Cards that are personalized or signed in some way let the recipient know you are thinking about them. We can scan your signature and send your card in our "handwritten font" so if you have lots of cards to send they all look personalized.

New this year at Printz are Popcards. (www.Popcards.com) PopCards are the newest innovation in Greeting Cards that combine both a photo and video in an augmented reality experience. Imagine getting a holiday card in the mail from your daughter in law. There is a photo on the card with an icon that says, "View with PopCards", a downloadable iOS or Android app. You scan the photo with the app  and it instantly comes to life with a full video of your grandkids giving santa their wish list!  Watch a demo of this amazing technology here. $1 from every order place with popcards will be donated to Childrens Cancer Reaserch Fund - this is the ultimate way to make people feel good by giving back!

Get your customer list in order:
Getting an address list together for holiday's cards forces you to get your client or prospect list organized for the New Year. Come January you have a clean database for client and prospect mailings.

One more impression:
They say marketing your business is a game of inches and in the last year most of us needed all the help we can get staying in front of customers to remind them that when budgets get more robust we are still there and would love to do business with them.

You are organized and on top of your game:
You get points for efficiency and organization as a company when your professional looking cards arrive in your customer or prospects mail box. Generally you want to have your business cards in the mail by December 18, 2015.

Let Printz.com help you design and personalize your folded holiday greeting card. We can provide "holiday" themes and designs you can pick from or we can customize a card specifically for your office with a picture of your staff, office or even your new products you are excited to roll out in the coming year. View all of our design templates  at www.printzpro.com/holidaycards/  today to create a greeting card that is all your own and reflects your companies personal style.
